EDC was founded in 1998; and in 2007, Ms. Pamela L. Dingman, P.E., became the sole owner of EDC. Today, EDC continues to be dedicated to Client satisfaction through quality design. EDC’s mission, Growing through the Success of our Clients, reflects the ongoing objective to remain knowledgeable, accountable, and responsive to our clients. Through the ongoing Success of our Clients, EDC has employees in both our Lincoln and Omaha offices to serve our clients projects. EDC is a veteran- and woman-owned company that is certified with the City of Omaha as a Tier II Emerging Small Business and Tier II Small Business.
EDC has a highly trained and very knowledgeable civil design department comprised of professionals with a nationwide knowledge of engineering design. We have successfully completed projects from one-acre site design to 500-lot subdivisions with complex adjacent public improvements as well as various municipal projects serving communities throughout the Midwest. In addition, the firm has its own surveying department, which is highly trained in the latest GPS equipment. At EDC, we value diversity and are very active in the community because we believe in making the communities in which we work better.
